White Sauce Pasta

White sauce pasta is very easy to make as well as tasty.
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
For White Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp refined flour (maida)
1.5 cup milk
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste

For Pasta:
1 cup penne pasta

Optional:
1/2 cup red bell pepper (blanched)
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (blanched)
1/2 cup capsicum (blanched)


Method:
For White Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and put 1 tbsp of butter.
2. Add chopped garlic and saute it.
3. Stir continuously and add 1 tbsp of maida (refined flour).
4. Don't forget to stir continuously until the maida is cooked.
5. Then add 1 cup of milk very gradually and whisk at a fast speed to avoid lumps.
6. On medium flame, stir the mixture until it becomes thick like sauce.
7. Add oregano, chilli flakes and salt and stir for a while.
8. The basic White Sauce is ready.

For Pasta:
1. Follow the instructions written on pasta packing and boil them.
2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil.
3. Add white sauce and pasta and mix them.
4. Add the bell peppers and capsicum.
5. Stir for a while and the dish is ready.
