Kadhi recipe
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups dahi (yogurt)
4 tbsp besan
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
3-4 curry leaves
3 medium onions (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp haldi
4 cups water
Method:
1. Mix dahi and besan and blend it properly.
2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
3. When they start to crackle, add the curry leaves and chopped onions and saute them.
4. Add the blended mixture along with water.
5. Add salt, red pepper and haldi. Mix well.
6. Cook until kadhi becomes dense and besan is cooked properly.

Aloo Gobhi sabzi

1 cauliflower (gobhi)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Method:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
2. Add the cumin seeds and onions. Let them saute.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir for few minutes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes.
5. Put salt, red pepper and haldi. Stir for few minutes.
6. Mix chopped potatoes and cauliflower. Add little water.
7. Allow it to cook until potatoes becomes soft.
8. The sabzi is ready.
